    General Information


    What are the check-in times?
    Check-in is from 2pm till 8pm. If arriving after 8pm, please advise site by telephone at time of booking to confirm somebody will be available to check you in.
    What are the check-out times?
    Please check-out by 10:30am.
    Are there any restrictions during my stay?
    We have several restrictions in place and expect all customers to adhere to these. No Stag or Hen groups are allowed, no babies or children under 5 years are allowed. There can be no children playing in the corridors or the stairs. No smoking is allowed inside of the property. No takeaway food is to be consumed on property and no pets are allowed.
    What payment do you accept?
    We accept cash and major debit/credit cards except American Express and Diners Card.
    What about cancellations?
    Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, cancellation or modification with less than 7 days notice, the full price of the booked stay will be charged. We advise taking out Travel Insurance to cover cancellations due to Covid or other illness.
    Property damage and smoking
    Any damages to the property fixtures, fittings, beds or bedding will be charged accordingly. All UK accommodation is now non-smoking. A £100 cleaning charge will be incurred by guest smoking in the room (this includes smoking out of the window) and the guest will be asked to leave the premises.
